#SlaneGirl: Social Media Takes a Turn for the Worst

I'm sad to even have to write about this. But I'll back it up for those who may not have heard about it yet.

On August 17th, during an Eminem concert in Ireland, a 17-year old girl was photographed giving blow jobs to two different men and uploaded to the online world that be by a bystander.

Needless to say this has gone viral through all social networks and deemed with the hash tag #slanegirl. In the process the girls identity and age have been revealed forcing Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to delete the explicit pics while a child pornography investigation is underway.
Currently the girl is seeking solace in a mental health hospital for distress.  (Understandably)

Are You Ready for 'Flirt First, Reveal Later' Dating?

Are you ready to date blindly? Recently, Spoonjuice has launched a new social dating app called Twine. [Isn't it interesting that even online dating has become more social?]

It's premise simply is to converse first. If there is a connection, then you can choose to reveal your photo.

A concept most definitely due a pat on the back, but is this something that is sustainable?

Sex on the First Date: The Argument Continues..

A few weeks ago Cosmopolitan Magazine published an interesting article on Sex on the First Date, saying that 67% of men polled thought sex on the first date was fine.

Based on its survey, When it comes to why he may not call again Cosmo says:

"There is one variable, however, that almost never feeds into the equation: whether you "gave it up" too soon. It's a misconception that is held by millions."

My Top 5 Cures for Summer Breakouts

I love the Summertime, lots of sun, beaches, festivals, dates, happy hours, you name it. However, If you're like me, Summertime is a key time when random breakouts decide to happen. All that sunscreen, and well, sun. All those extra happy hours and dinners out with bad (albeit delicious) food, summer outings, chlorine water, etc. Either which way, I had an influx of breakouts in the beginning of the Summer and found some things that have gotten my skin back to glowing. Maybe they will help you too!

Product Review: Bliss Hot Salt Scrub

Summertime has arrived, and it's time to get smooth! I've been using Bliss Hot Salt Scrub about a year and a half or more and I loved it!

Pros:
Unlike most scrubs, this is one you put on before you get in the shower. Dry scrub, and then rinse. I promise this blue can will make your body super soft and smooth. But it's not just one of those scrubs that just makes you feel smooth without looking smooth. You know the ones.
